Your surveyor
Your surveyor has spent a lifetime in construction, first as a registered house builder and now as a party wall surveyor. That means awards written by someone who knows how lofts, extensions and basements are actually built, and what goes wrong on site.

Under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, surveyors are appointed as individuals. You will deal with the same surveyor from the first call to the signed award, and you will always know whose name is on your paperwork.
Why Selhurst
Selhurst sits between central Croydon, South Norwood and Thornton Heath, at the foot of the slope that climbs to Crystal Palace. Trains run from Selhurst station to Victoria and London Bridge, and the A23 and A22 lead straight out to Surrey. From here, every South London borough is a short trip, which makes it easy to fit site visits around your neighbours rather than ours.
It also means most of our work is in the kind of houses we live among: Victorian terraces, interwar semis and converted flats, on London Clay.
